Inspired by the concept of the Five Elements, our chefs create a golden balance of nutrition with ingredients in five colors—red, green, yellow, white, and black—bringing you both wholesome and flavorful choices to start your day right.
In addition, COZZI Tainan Ximen features authentic local delicacies such as Tainan beef soup, rice cake, meatball dumplings (ba-wan), milkfish ball soup, and seafood porridge, giving you a true taste of Tainan’s culinary charm.
