【Children’s Vehicle Usage Guidelines】

• To ensure driving safety, children using electric cars must weigh under 35 kg, and children using pedal go-karts must weigh under 45 kg. Please queue in order and wait patiently.
• The Fun Playground children’s vehicles are available free of charge for in-house guests during opening hours throughout their stay. Continuous rides are not allowed.
• From Friday to Sunday and on consecutive holidays, the rental service for children’s vehicles is reserved exclusively for in-house guests.
• Use of electric cars is based on on-site queuing. Each session is limited to one lap around the Fun Playground and must not exceed 10 minutes.
• Please use the vehicles with care. If damage is caused by human factors, parents will be responsible for repair costs. The fee for a single part is NT$2,000 per set. If the damage is severe and the vehicle cannot be repaired, compensation will be charged at 80% of the original purchase price.
• Pets are not allowed inside the playground (guide dogs are an exception).
• For overall safety and to ensure fair use of the playground, personal equipment (such as private electric cars, skateboards, or rollerblades) is not permitted.
• In case of weather conditions (rain, typhoon, earthquake, high wind) or maintenance needs, service may be suspended or partially closed without prior notice. Thank you for your understanding.

【Children’s Driving Safety Rules】

• Children must be accompanied by a parent (or guardian) at all times, who is responsible for monitoring driving speed to prevent accidents.
• Children riding two-wheeled vehicles must wear the safety gear provided by the hotel and drive safely within the designated lanes.
• Double-riding and intentional collisions are strictly prohibited. Damage to electric cars or equipment (such as roadside lamps or traffic signs) caused by human factors will be subject to compensation based on market price.
• Eating and drinking while driving is prohibited to avoid distractions and ensure safety.
• Parents must closely supervise their children. Do not allow climbing on glass barriers or railings around the playground. Please follow staff instructions at all times to prevent accidents.
• If you have any questions regarding facility use, please consult on-site staff immediately.

• Please take care to prevent children from slipping. Running and eating are strictly prohibited inside the play area for safety reasons.

• When entering the fountain zone, please avoid wearing jewelry or small accessories, as they may fall into the water pool.

• Guests who have cold symptoms, fever, or feel unwell are advised not to use this facility.

• Towels are available upon request from our staff.

• Parents must closely supervise their children at all times. Do not allow climbing on glass barriers or railings around the play area. Please follow staff instructions to prevent accidents.

• Children are strictly prohibited from crossing into the electric car driving lane to avoid the risk of collision.

• For hygiene and safety reasons, children must change into clean clothing and ensure their bodies are dry before re-entering after water or sand play.

• Eating, running, and pushing are strictly prohibited in the Adventure Zone to prevent accidents. Do not climb on non-playground structures, and always follow staff instructions to avoid falls or injuries.
• Splashing or throwing water and sand inside the playground is strictly forbidden, as it may cause slippery and dangerous conditions.
• Guests with symptoms such as cold, fever, or other discomfort are advised not to use the facilities.
• The facility may be temporarily closed due to weather conditions (rain, typhoon, earthquake, strong winds) or maintenance needs without prior notice. Thank you for your understanding.
• Throwing objects or landscaping stones outside the playground walls is strictly prohibited. The hotel will not be responsible for any injuries or damages caused to people or property outside the facility.
