Website Information Notice

  1. The AMAZZING CLUB website, along with its affiliated partner sites (collectively referred to as "AMAZZING CLUB"), provides comprehensive information about hotels, restaurants and related services operated and managed by Cathay Hospitality Management (CHM) and its affiliated group companies. This includes details on travel, accommodation, dining and other related offerings.
  2. To access the benefits and services provided through the AMAZZING CLUB website, users must be at least 18 years old. By agreeing to this consent form, you confirm that you accept and will comply with its terms when using, booking and purchasing products or services on the AMAZZING CLUB website and that you will fulfill all related customer rights and obligations.
  3. AMAZZING CLUB reserves the right to amend or update the content of the consent form by posting changes directly on the AMAZZING CLUB website without providing individual notice to members. You are advised to regularly review the website for any such updates or modifications. If you continue to use the membership services after any changes or updates to this consent form have been posted, it will be deemed that you have read, understood and agreed to accept the revised terms. If you do not agree with the aforementioned revisions or update methods, or with any provision of this consent form, you must immediately cease using the services.
  4. By agreeing to use or participate in the AMAZZING CLUB website, you also agree to comply with all its terms and conditions, and further agree not to use abusive, defamatory, threatening, discriminatory, or otherwise inappropriate words, language or images on any of its text or voice-based communication platforms. CHM and AMAZZING CLUB reserve the right to remove or modify such content and are under no obligation to ensure the accuracy or appropriateness of the content published on these communication platforms.

Copyright and Usage Notice

  1. The trademarks, CI logos and all website content on the AMAZZING CLUB website - as well as on the platforms of CHM's affiliated companies and third-party partners - are proprietary and registered. Without prior authorization and consent from CHM or the aforementioned entities, no part of this content may be copied, modified or distributed in any form.
  2. All downloadable files, documents and software on the AMAZZING CLUB website are the intellectual property of AMAZZING CLUB, CHM's affiliated group companies and partnered third parties. By downloading or using such content, you agree to be bound by the applicable licensing agreement and to use the materials solely within the authorized scope as permitted by the laws and regulations of the country or territory in which you reside.

Account Responsibility Notice

  1. Any individual aged 18 or older is eligible to register for an AMAZZING CLUB membership free of charge. Before becoming a member, you must comply with and agree to the following conditions:
    • You must not have previously registered as an AMAZZING CLUB member or had your account suspended or terminated for any reason by AMAZZING CLUB.
    • Upon joining, you must provide accurate and complete personal information and keep it updated at all times.
  2. Each individual may register only one AMAZZING CLUB account. Duplicate registrations or registering under another person's name are strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are found, CHM and AMAZZING CLUB reserve the right to delete or terminate such accounts at any time. Offenders will be required to forfeit all benefits accrued through the account, including but not limited to reward points and complimentary gifts.
  3. AMAZZING CLUB accounts, passwords and member privileges are for personal use only and must not be loaned, transferred, or shared with others. If the information you provide is duplicated, causes confusion, impersonates another individual, or violates personal name rights, company names, trademarks or any laws, CHM and AMAZZING CLUB may reject your registration, request modifications, or revoke your membership. You are solely responsible for any civil or criminal liability arising under applicable laws; CHM and AMAZZING CLUB bear no responsibility or liability in such cases.
  4. If there are any changes to your AMAZZING CLUB membership information, please log in to the AMAZZING CLUB website immediately to update your details to ensure the protection of your membership rights. If a failure to promptly update your information results in delays in products or services, lost mail, or an inability to use, book, or purchase products or services from the AMAZZING CLUB website, CHM and AMAZZING CLUB shall bear no liability for any resulting compensation or damages.
  5. In accordance with applicable local laws, CHM and AMAZZING CLUB may access your AMAZZING CLUB account credentials through an encrypted system and, upon proper identity verification and authorization, provide limited assistance. However, due to the nature of the account and password mechanism, you are solely responsible for the management and use of any content or transaction information posted or submitted under your account. CHM and AMAZZING CLUB shall bear no responsibility or liability in this regard.
  6. If any technical or human error - such as system failures caused by the service provider or your personal computer equipment, transmission errors, malicious interception, data loss, or damage - occurs due to circumstances not attributable to CHM or AMAZZING CLUB, leading to issues involving communication security, credit card information, personal data, or reward points, CHM and AMAZZING CLUB shall not be held liable for any associated losses. Additionally, for any resulting loss of product sales, room bookings, related activities, or any unprocessed product orders or reward point activities arising from the above, CHM and AMAZZING CLUB reserve the right to correct, modify or cancel such matters at any time and shall not be responsible for any compensation or damages.

  1. Please refer to and carefully review the "Consent and Notification on the Collection, Processing and Use of Personal Data" under the AMAZZING CLUB satisfaction program managed by Cathay Hospitality Management (hereinafter referred to as AMAZZING CLUB).

Membership Verification Policy

  1. AMAZZING CLUB members are required to log in to the member website, which serves as a replacement for a physical membership card. When visiting any CHM hotel, AMAZZING CLUB restaurant, or participating partner, members may be asked to present their AMAZZING CLUB digital membership card, a valid ID, or another photo identification document (such as a national ID card, passport, or National Health Insurance card) to verify membership status and access exclusive services.

Membership Tier Benefits

  1. AMAZZING CLUB offers exclusive benefits and reward points based on membership tier.

  3. Membership tiers and upgrade criteria:
    • Classic Member: Valid for one year from the date of enrollment. Membership is free.
    • Honor Member: Valid for one year from the date of enrollment. Requires 10 to 14 qualifying nights per year or a total annual spending of NT$15,000 or more (including accommodation and dining; excluding taxes and service charges).
    • Gold Member: Valid for one year from the date of enrollment. Requires 15 to 19 qualifying nights per year or a total annual spending of NT$30,000 or more (including accommodation and dining; excluding taxes and service charges).
    • Master Member: Valid for one year from the date of enrollment. Requires 20 to 24 qualifying nights per year or a total annual spending of NT$75,000 or more (including accommodation and dining; excluding taxes and service charges).
    • Stars Member: Valid for one year from the date of enrollment. Requires 25 or more qualifying nights per year, or a total annual spending of NT$100,000 or more (including accommodation and dining; excluding taxes and service charges).
  4. Membership tiers and point rewards are as follows:
    • Classic Member: Earn 1 base point for every NT$25 spent (spending below NT$25 will not be counted).
    • Honor Member: Earn 1 base point for every NT$25 spent (spending below NT$25 will not be counted), plus an additional 35% bonus points.
    • Gold Member: Earn 1 base point for every NT$25 spent (spending below NT$25 will not be counted), plus an additional 50% bonus points.
    • Master Member: Earn 1 base point for every NT$25 spent (spending below NT$25 will not be counted), plus an additional 70% bonus points.
    • Stars Member: Earn 1 base point for every NT$25 spent (spending below NT$25 will not be counted), plus an additional 90% bonus points.
  5. Except for the Classic membership, which is free for life, the Honor, Gold and Master tiers are valid for one year from the month of upgrade. If the requirements for a particular membership level or upgrade are not met during the membership year, the member will be downgraded to the next lower level starting from the same month of the following year. Membership privileges (including tier upgrades, spending and points) are calculated from the date of joining the AMAZZING CLUB. Any spending made prior to enrollment will not be eligible for accumulation of membership privileges (including tier upgrades, spending, or points).

Membership Privileges Overview

  1. Members must be eligible and provide their membership number when making a reservation, checking in, or dining at CHM's directly operated restaurants (including Cozzi THE Roof, Cozzi Market Buffet Restaurant, Yi Hui Xuan Restaurant and Blu Bar). To enjoy membership privileges (including room bookings, vouchers and point accumulation), the spending must be made either by the member or a companion.
  2. To enjoy AMAZZING CLUB membership privileges and earn reward points, members must make qualifying paid purchases in accordance with the AMAZZING CLUB Member Reward Benefits. These include specific accommodation and dining expenses. Each single bill must reach a minimum of NT$25 (inclusive) to be eligible for reward point accumulation under the member's tier. - Qualifying purchases include: (i) room charges, fees for room upgrades, early check-in and late check-out, additional guests or beds and any extra breakfast purchases; (ii) meeting and banquet dining expenses for groups of 19 people or fewer (inclusive). - Qualifying booking channels include: The official member website, phone, email, or direct bookings made on-site at the hotel with the membership number provided - all qualify for membership privileges. Bookings or reservations made via the HOTEL COZZI official websites, or through other third-party platforms, do not qualify as eligible purchases and are not eligible for reward points.
  3. Point Reinstatement Mechanism | If the membership number or email address is not provided at the time of purchase, members will not be eligible for same-day promotions, even if they later apply for retroactive point accumulation at the front desk or via email. To apply for retroactive points, members must provide both their receipt and membership number. Retroactive claims must be made within 7 days from the date of the original transaction.
  4. Paid consumption not covered under the AMAZZING CLUB membership benefits includes, but is not limited to, the following items:
    • Special price promotions or items.
    • Group rate items.
    • Reservations and dining items from third-party channels, such as websites other than CHM and the official AMAZZING CLUB site.
    • Consumption of specific accommodation vouchers, dining vouchers and similar items, including conference and banquet services.
    • Accommodation obtained free of charge or through point redemption.
    • Dining or discount vouchers.
    • Vehicle rental and transfer fees.
    • Additional charges for promotional activities or leisure facility purchases.
    • Purchases of hotel souvenirs or room amenities using a combination of cash and points.
    • Taxes and service charges.
  5. AMAZZING CLUB reward points are non-monetary member incentives obtained free of charge. Members may not request any reward points in their accounts to be converted into cash, nor may they engage in any public or private sale or trade of reward points, or request redemption of cash, products, or services through unauthorized channels.CHM and AMAZZING CLUB shall bear no responsibility, obligation, compensation, or liability for any actions or transactions in violation of the AMAZZING CLUB reward points policy.
  6. Eligible accommodation expenses for the accumulation of AMAZZING CLUB Member Reward Benefits, as well as the conditions for annual member spending and recognized nights, are as follows:
    • A minimum of one night or consecutive nights, must be completed within the same stay period.
    • Members must provide their membership number when booking or checking in and must either pay the qualifying room rate or use reward points for accommodation.
    • Members must personally stay in at least one of the booked rooms and pay for all associated room expenses. If a member stays in one of the booked rooms and pays for all the rooms, either using the qualifying room rate or reward points for accommodation: --Before 2023/8/31 (including 2023/8/31), eligible accommodation expenses that meet the AMAZZING CLUB Member Reward Benefits will allow each AMAZZING CLUB member to accumulate reward points for only one room per stay period. Duplicate accumulation of points is not permitted. ---Starting from 2023/9/1, the primary reservation allows the AMAZZING CLUB member's account to accumulate reward points for up to three rooms. The qualifying room nights and consumption amounts cannot be counted more than once.
  7. AMAZZING CLUB reward points will be automatically credited to your AMAZZING CLUB account by the service provider's system within approximately 5~7 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after checkout and payment.
  8. For AMAZZING CLUB members using cash transactions or redeeming items, CHM and AMAZZING CLUB reserve the right to cancel the reward points for a transaction if it is canceled due to human error or force majeure factors, whether immediately or subsequently, with a refund issued.
  9. For AMAZZING CLUB members who use full points or a combination of partial points and cash for transactions and redeeming items, if their transactions (either fully or partially) are canceled due to human error or force majeure factors or are subject to immediate or subsequent cancellations and refunds, they acknowledge that CHM and AMAZZING CLUB reserve the right to cancel the reward points for the cash portion of the transaction. Additionally, for fully completed product transactions that have been credited with full or partial reward points, the transaction cannot be altered and points cannot be refunded. CHM and AMAZZING CLUB are not liable for any responsibilities, obligations, compensation or damages.
  10. Individual AMAZZING CLUB members are part of a lifetime membership reward system. The reward points in their personal accounts remain valid for two years from the month they are credited. If new points are accumulated during the accumulation period, those points will also be valid for two years from the month they are credited (and so on). The validity period for points transferred, exchanged, combined, or earned through special promotional activities will be governed by the specific terms and conditions of the related activities.

Reward Point Redemption Explanation

  1. Members can redeem rewards for hotel rooms, other services and products, including but not limited to the options listed. The website provides a complete list of available redemption choices.
  2. When points are used to offset accommodation costs, the following methods must be followed:
    • Select the points payment option on the AMAZZINGCLUB member website during the reservation process.
    • Complete a redemption authorization form at the hotel front desk before checkout to apply the discount.

Point Transfer Instructions

  1. AMAZZING CLUB reward points can only be transferred through the AMAZZING CLUB member website and recipients must be other AMAZZING CLUB member accounts designated by the transferring member.
  2. If a member has registered multiple AMAZZING CLUB memberships, points from each account may not be transferred. AMAZZING CLUB reserves the right to delete or terminate any duplicate accounts at any time and violators must return all benefits obtained through the duplicate accounts (including but not limited to reward points and gifts).
  3. Members may begin using the point transfer service upon completing membership registration. Transferred points will be credited immediately upon completion of the transaction and can then be viewed or used in the member's AMAZZING CLUB account.
  4. Each point transfer must be made in increments of 100 points (e.g., 100, 200, etc.)., starting from a minimum of 100 points. There is no annual limit on the total number of points that may be transferred; however, transferred points cannot be changed or refunded. These points are valid for only three months starting from the month they are credited (and so on for subsequent transfers).

Point Consolidation & Currency Transfer Instructions

  1. AMAZZING CLUB members may receive or consolidate reward points through affiliated third-party institutions or companies, including but not limited to: the AMAZZING CLUB website, authorized credit card companies, online shopping sites and airlines. All reward points obtained through transfers, consolidations, product transactions, or other services will be subject to the terms and conditions of AMAZZING CLUB and its third-party partners.
  2. Points consolidated into a member's account may only be credited with the member's consent and authorization. Cross-account or designated transfers to another member's account are not permitted. If a member has registered multiple memberships, the points from each account may not be combined. AMAZZING CLUB reserves the right to delete or terminate duplicate accounts at any time and violators must return all benefits obtained through the duplicate accounts (including but not limited to reward points and gifts).
  3. Members may begin using point consolidation or transfer services after completing membership registration. Consolidated or transferred points will be credited within approximately 30 business days from the date of transaction, after which they can be viewed or used in the member's AMAZZING CLUB account.
  4. Points consolidated or transferred between platforms during the membership validity period will be valid for three months from the date of credit. These points cannot be refunded and transactions cannot be modified (and so on).

Point Consolidation & Currency Transfer Instructions

When participating in AMAZZING CLUB reward point activities using a currency other than New Taiwan Dollars (TWD), the earned or purchased points will be converted to "eligible spending" in TWD based on the exchange rate designated by AMAZZING CLUB. This rate may be the one used by affiliated hotels or restaurants at check-in, check-out, or dining, or a separate rate specified by AMAZZING CLUB. This rate may differ from the exchange rate shown on the member's billing statement.

Product Modification Instructions

CHM, AMAZZING CLUB and affiliated partner websites reserve the right to correct, remove, or replace product information (including points, prices, descriptions and images) due to system errors, technical issues or information omissions. Product prices and quantities may also change in real-time due to simultaneous purchases. CHM and AMAZZING CLUB are not obligated to provide separate notice.

Product Delivery Instructions

  1. If a member does not receive a physical product ordered or redeemed through the AMAZZING CLUB website within 30 business days from the application date, the member should promptly contact AMAZZING CLUB to inquire and track the order to protect their rights. If the inquiry is made after the designated time limit (as determined by the partnered logistics provider), CHM and AMAZZING CLUB will not be able to assist with locating the mail or package and the reward points used for redemption cannot be refunded.
  2. When AMAZZING CLUB members place orders for or redeem physical products, if there are errors in the item, non-human defects, or damages caused by delivery or other related factors, please contact CHM or AMAZZING CLUB and return the product within 7 business days from the date of receipt. AMAZZING CLUB will assist in providing a replacement with the same or equivalent item.
  3. If a physical product ordered or redeemed by an AMAZZING CLUB member has been delivered to the designated address and signed for, CHM and AMAZZING CLUB shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, or impersonation-related claims and any reward points used for the redemption will not be refunded.

Other Membership Terms

  1. AMAZZING CLUB members may notify CHM or AMAZZING CLUB at any time to cancel their membership in the program. All unused points, redeemed rewards and achieved membership statuses will be immediately voided and cannot be restored or transferred.
  2. If an AMAZZING CLUB member is found to have engaged in any of the following actions (including but not limited to), CHM and AMAZZING CLUB reserve the right to cancel the member's accumulated points, suspend program privileges, suspend Honor or Master membership status, or terminate the member account without prior notice:
    • cts that violate laws, regulations or ordinances;
    • Failure to settle any outstanding hotel charges or bills owed to AMAZZING CLUB or participating hotels;
    • Misconduct, fraud, abuse, or malicious behavior;
    • Violation of any AMAZZING CLUB program rules or terms of website use;
  3. Once a member account is cancelled due to the above reasons, the individual may not reapply for AMAZZING CLUB membership. All accounts under the member's name and any reward points, redeemed rewards, or promotional offers earned therein will be invalidated upon cancellation.
  4. Points, redeemed rewards and other related benefits and services are the property of CHM and AMAZZING CLUB and do not constitute the personal property of the member. If the program membership is cancelled for any reason, all unredeemed points, redeemed rewards and promotional offers will be forfeited and the member will no longer be eligible to participate in the program. Points, redeemed rewards and promotional offers have no cash value. CHM and AMAZZING CLUB will not compensate or make cash payments for any expired or unused points.
  5. If a member cancels their account voluntarily, they may reapply for AMAZZING CLUB membership in the future; however, any expired points, redeemed rewards and promotional offers from the previous account will not be transferred to the new account and any previous Honor or Master status cannot be reinstated.
  6. Unless otherwise prohibited or restricted by law, CHM and AMAZZING CLUB reserve the right to change, restrict, modify, or cancel program rules and benefits at any time, even if such changes affect point value or the ability to earn specific rewards. Additionally, CHM and AMAZZING CLUB may:
    • Increase or decrease the number of points required to earn or redeem rewards for accommodations;
    • Reclaim, restrict, modify, or cancel any benefits;
    • Adjust blackout dates, limit the types of rooms available for benefits at participating hotels, or restrict the ongoing availability of benefits;
    • Change program benefits, travel partnerships, companies or their service locations, participation requirements, or the rules for earning, redeeming, retaining, or forfeiting points, as well as the usage of benefits.
