We highly recommend our signature dry-aged steak, aged for 21 days in a temperature- and humidity-controlled aging room. This process enhances the beef's tenderness and rich, natural flavor, delighting even the most discerning food lovers. Our master chefs also prepare an exquisite selection of surf and turf dishes, using carefully sourced local ingredients that bring every dish to life.

As the sun begins to set, head up to Cozzi THE Roof on the 30th floor of HOTEL COZZI Zhongshan Kaohsiung and take in the breathtaking transformation from golden twilight to nightfall - alongside stunning views of Kaohsiung Harbor. Digital Interactive Meeting Room 

Located on the 30th floor, our Digital Interactive Meeting Room combines modern style with classic elegance - an ideal venue for business conferences and private events. Designed for professionals, it features high-speed Wi-Fi, multi-party video conferencing and HD projection systems - perfect for seamless global communication. There are two meeting rooms available, each accommodating approx. 30 guests (classroom style) or 60 guests (theater style). The rooms can also be combined into one larger space by removing the partition. Light refreshments and catered dining services are available upon request.
