What are the check-in and check-out times?
General check-in starts at 3:00 P.M. and check-out is at 11:00 A.M. Late check-out requests are subject to availability. See details.
What's your security deposit policy?
A deposit of NT$1,000 per night (cash or credit card) is required at check-in to cover incidentals. Any unused balance will be refunded upon check-out.
Do you provide Wi-Fi service? What are the rates?
Yes. Complimentary Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel. Wired internet is also accessible with the in-room Ethernet cable.
Do you have a business centre?
No. Each room features a spacious desk; THE Lounge (2F) offers seating and basic administrative assistance.
Do you offer family rooms for four guests?
No.
Is there space to store luggage before check-in or after check-out?
Yes. Complimentary luggage storage is available for in-house guests before check-in or after check-out.
Do you offer currency exchange service?
Yes—USD, EUR, HKD, JPY and CNY are available.

No. The hotel is completely non-smoking, including all rooms and public spaces.

Animals are not allowed other than service animals.

What is the company behind HOTEL COZZI? When did this hotel open?
HOTEL COZZI is owned and managed by Cathay Hospitality Management (LinYuan Group). Zhongxiao Taipei opened in October 2013.
Are travel adapters available?
Not for loan. However, all rooms are equipped with universal USB outlet wall sockets for device charging.
Are guests under 18 years old allowed to check in?
If all guests in the party are under 18, we are unable to accommodate. Cancellation follows the standard contract terms.
【Reservations】
What is your cancellation or no-show policy?
Cancel without penalty before 4:00 P.M. on the day prior to arrival. No-shows will be charged one night plus applicable taxes/fees. Promotional packages may have different rules—please refer to offer details.
How can I see or modify my reservation?
A confirmation email is sent within 30 minutes after booking. You can also review/modify on our website using your email and confirmation number. For assistance, contact us by email or phone.
How do I change a reservation made through a third-party website?
Please contact the third-party website directly; we cannot modify those bookings.
What payment methods are accepted?
Cash (NTD), Visa, Mastercard, American Express, JCB and CUP.
What are the service hours of the Reservation Center?
Monday–Friday, 09:00–18:00.

Where is the closest airport shuttle bus?
Take Airport Bus 1960 on Zhenjiang Street (in front of Sheraton Grand Taipei). About 60 mins to TPE; one-way fare ~NT$145.

Closest bus stop: Huashan Creative Park (eastbound), 166 Sec.1, Zhongxiao E. Rd. (~160 m).

Most room types can provide rollaways or cribs upon request when booking; NT$1,200 per night including one breakfast. Inquire for details.

All room types except Comfort Room include a bathtub. Roll-in showers are available with limited inventory—please inquire.
Do you offer dry cleaning?
Yes. Laundry received before noon returns by 7:00 P.M. the same day; otherwise by noon next day. 4-hour express service available (+50%).
Do you have onsite parking?
