Introduction
Kaohsiung City Shoushan Zoo is the largest public zoo in southern Taiwan. It is under the jurisdiction of the Kaohsiung City Tourism Bureau and is one of the three municipal zoos in Taiwan, second only to the Taipei Zoo in size. In 2022, the city government improved the animal homes and outdoor activity spaces and set up an animal-friendly aerial observation corridor, allowing Kaohsiung residents and tourists to observe the daily lives of cute animals from different angles and with low interference.
