Remarks
- A minimum guarantee of 8 persons applies to Meeting Room A packages; charges will be based on 8 persons if the number falls below.
- Hotel guests enjoy 20% off meeting equipment rental. Meeting rooms are also available by the hour at NT$1,500 +10% per hour.
- Complimentary amenities include: notepads, pens, drinking water, whiteboard with markers, directional signage, wired/wireless internet, extension cords, and table cards.
- Lunch requests are subject to the on-site availability of THE Lounge Business Lunch, not applicable on weekends and public holidays.
- Coffee break menus vary by season. A minimum guarantee of 8 persons applies; charges will be based on 8 persons if the number falls below. As coffee breaks are specially prepared, reservations must be confirmed and prepaid at least 5 business days in advance. All guests must select the same package.
- Beverages served by THE Lounge are charged at NT$260 +10% per person.
- Venue usage exceeding 30 minutes will be charged as one full session. Early setup or extended use over 30 minutes will be charged as one hour.
- Outside food and beverages are not permitted. A cleaning fee of NT$300 per person per occasion will be applied to non-hotel catering.
- Rearrangement of furniture will incur an additional fee, subject to quotation based on requirements.
- Parking is available at NT$30 per hour per vehicle, subject to availability on a first-come, first-served basis; reservations are not accepted.
- This package is not eligible for point accumulation with Cathay Hospitality Management’s AMAZZING CLUB membership program.
