Meeting packages are valid from Monday to Friday only (not applicable on weekends and public holidays).

The above packages apply according to the minimum guaranteed number of participants for each meeting room.

Table spacing and seating arrangements will be adjusted based on the actual number of attendees (classroom-style will be the primary setup).

Early access for event setup will incur an additional venue rental fee of NT$3,000 per hour.

Overtime exceeding 31 minutes will be charged at one-fourth of the room rental fee; exceeding one hour will be charged as a full session.

If the actual number of attendees is below the minimum guaranteed, refreshments will still be provided based on the guaranteed number.

Complimentary parking will be provided according to the guaranteed number of attendees; additional vehicles will be charged at the discounted rate of NT$250 per car.

Bringing outside food (non-hotel catering) will incur a cleaning fee of NT$200 per person per occasion.
